Oldest Province is Aklan. Oldest Town is Unisan, Quezon while the Oldest City is Cebu City. The Oldest Fort was the first Spanish settlement in the country, Villa del Santisimo Nombre de Jesus located inside Fort San Pedro in Cebu City. The Oldest Street was Calle Colon in Cebu City. The Oldest Stone Church was the Baclayon Church in Bohol. The Oldest Hospital is the San Lazaro hospital. The oldest church bell was located in the country is said to be the one found in Camalanjugan, Cagayan. The Oldest bridge was the Jones Bridge formerly known as Puente de Espana, was first built in 1701. The oldest university is the University of San Carlos again located in Cebu City. The oldest company is Ayala Corporation, one of the largest conglomerates in the country. The oldest bank is Baco EspaƱol-Filipino de Isabel II which was founded by virtue of a royal decree issued by Queen Isabel II. The oldest Insurance firm is Insular Life Insurance Company.
